As part of Catenda’s rebrand, the way you access Catenda Hub is changing. Going forward, it will be available to sign in at https://hub.catenda.com. You can sign in using the credentials you already use for bimsync.com.
Catenda Hub continues to be available at https://bimsync.com and we’ll be maintaining this property for the foreseeable future. However, we will stop referring to it in technical literature and encourage you to use the new domain name.
What do I need to do?
If your organization uses a firewall or other means of restricting access to websites, please contact your IT administrator and ensure that they allow outgoing TCP access on ports 80 and 443 to the following hosts:
hub.catenda.com
viewer.catenda.com
api.catenda.com
When do I need to do this?
Whilst we’re committed to keeping bimsync.com running, we intend to redirect customer traffic to hub.catenda.com after a clearly communicated notice period. For this reason, we recommend that you ensure you’re able to sign into Catenda Hub at https://hub.catenda.com as soon as possible.
