While enterprise customers have the option to create their own Catenda Hub projects, regular users will be able to create projects on the projects page with the freemium plan.

This will create a project with limited functionality where some features are locked.

A freemium project can look something like this.

This page contains information about the following topics:

Creating a freemium project

Freemium projects can be made in the following ways:

New account

If you create an account through the sign up page you will automatically be guided to make a freemium project.

Existing account

If you have an existing account and are not the owner of an organization you will be able to make 1 freemium project per account by clicking on the new project button on the top right of the projects page.

Upgrading a freemium project

Freemium projects can easily be upgraded to a full access project.

If you would like to upgrade your project, please contact support with the black chat bubble on the bottom right or via support@catenda.com

Existing customer

Existing customers will often have their own environment where to freemium projects can be transferred if needed.

New customer

For new customers an environment can be made so they can continue from their freemium project.

Student

If you can prove that you are a student and would like to do try Catenda Hub we are happy to open up a project for you during the desired period.
You will need the following:

1. Please contact us from your school email address
2. Proof of enrolment or student id card

3. Requested timeframe.

Trial

If you would like to test out the full functionality of Catenda Hub we are more than happy to give you full access for an initial 14 days. Please contact us for this as mentioned above.

Towards the end of your trial period you will be contacted by one of our sales associates to discuss further options. There is always room to expand this trial period should this be desired.
