The Catenda SharePoint application can be added to a SharePoint environment by a site owner if the app has been enabled for the tenant by the SharePoint administrator.

With this app SharePoint users will be able to view, manage and collaborate on documents in Catenda together with other members of the construction project.

To add the app to your site you can find the new app action in the Site contents section of your site or by going to your site and clicking your profile picture to find the 'Add an app' option in the gear menu.

This will take you to the my apps area of your SharePoint app store where you can click on add and can look something like this:

You can also click on the app name to get more information about the app and add the app from its store entry page:

For those more familiar with the classic SharePoint experience you will be able to add the app to your site by go to the Site contents section of your site and clicking on add an app or by clicking on your profile picture to find the 'Add an app' option in the gear menu.

If you click on the app on this page, it will be added to your site.

If you click on App Details you will be taken to the classic SharePoint store entry which can look something like this:

Clicking on Request it on this page will add the app to your site.

In the future it will be possible to remove the app from a site from its hamburger menu on the site contents section of your page.

Currently, it is only possible to remove the app in the old experience.

Click on 'Return to classic SharePoint' or find the older experience towards the bottom left of the site contents page.

To remove the Catenda app, hover over the app item on the Site contents page. Click on the three dots that appear towards the top right of the app.

In the menu that pops up, click remove and the app will be removed from the site.

Note that the app will not be removed for the entire tenant and site owners will still be able to add the app to their sites.
