Columns on the topics page

By default the list view of a topic board is displayed.

Click on table view towards the top right of the topic board to view a topic board in a table with rows and columns.

In the table view of a topic board on the topics page several columns are available.

Tables can be changed to display the information each user wishes to see.

This article describes what information can be seen in each column.

Depending on if a single panel is opened or if multiple panels are opened different information can be displayed.

Some columns in the table view of the topics page are enabled by default while others can be hidden and have to be enabled.

Based on the configured column order the first columns are displayed.

Based on the configured column width fewer or additional columns can be dsiplayed.

The table might have to be scrolled sideways to display other enabled columns.

The default order and visibility setting of the columns in the table view of the topics page is as follows:

Checkbox - Default

Click on this column to add a document to your selection.

Topic index

Title - Default

The title of the topic

Assigned to - Default

The assignee of the topic

Status - Default

The status of the topic

Topic board - Default

The topic board the topic exists in.

Note: If you are in a topic board this will always be the same board. This column can be useful in the all topics board.

Due date - Default

The due date of the topic

Requested by - Default

The requestee of the topic

Labels - Default

Labels that are applied to a topic are displayed in boxes.

Type - Default

The type of the topic

Created by - Default

The member that created the topic

Created - Default

The date and time the topic was created

Milestone - Default

The milestone set on the topic

Updated - Default

The date and time the topic was last updated

Comment count

The amount of comments on the topic

Document count

The amount of documents linked to the topic

Custom fields - Default

One column per added custom field see topic board settings.
