You will be able to find the projects page as a sub page to your organizations profile page.

Here you will see an overview of all the members that are part of projects belonging to this organization.

In this article you will be able to find information about the following:

Search and filter

On the members page you will be able to filter for the following:

Hide empty filters

The "Hide empty filters" toggle is off by default which means you see all possible filters.

You can turn this filter button on to hide any filters have no results.

Project - project=<Project GUID>

With this filter you can filter for all entries of a project

Role - role=administrator,member

With this filter you can filter on if a user is an administrator or a member of a project

User - user=<User GUID>

With this filter you can filter for all the entries belonging to one user

Action buttons

After selecting one or more member(s) in the project membership list by clicking on their checkbox you will see the following action buttons appear towards the top of the projects list.

Add to projects

Add one or more user to organization projects without having to be part of the project

Change project role(s)

Change the project role of one or more users without having to be part of the project

Remove from project(s)

Remove one or more users without having to be part of the project

Project membership list

In the project membership list you will see one entry per member per project.

If a member is part of many projects you might therefore see many entries for all the projects. To find that member in a specific project you can use the project filter to narrow down your search.

The members list can look something like this:

Checkbox

With the checkbox on top you can select all members that are part of projects that your organization owns. Click it again to deselect all.

With the checkbox next to a member you can add or remove a member from your selection

User

The profile picture, username and email of each member

Members will show up once for each project they are part of.

Role

Whether the member is a regular member or an administrator

Project

The project that this member is part of

Organization

If the member is a user in the organization or not
