Add

Click on add to add the draft to the approval

When a draft is added to the approval it will say added instead

One draft per document can be added to an approval request.

If a different draft revision from the same document is already added to the approval request the add button will be grayed out.

It is possible to add any amount of drafts to an approval reqeust and submit it.

For drafts, this requires one click per draft which can end up being a lot of clicks.

A faster way to is to upload 100 draft revisions with the single file upload and add them all to an approval request at once with the new approval button that appears towards the bottom of the list after all files are uploaded.

After the approval request is submitted it will still be possible to add more draft revisions.

Limitations

After clicking on add, requests will be sent from the system to Catenda to add the documents to the approval request.

Depending on the load on the system not all requests might arrive.

Especially when adding many documents at a time multiple attempts might be required to add all the document revisions to the approval request.

After sending in the approval request it is still be possible to edit the list of documents in the approval request.
