The documents tab of an approval request can be found on the approval request page of draft, open or closed approvals.
In the documents tab validation amounts of validation indications submitted on behalf of reviewer teams by a member in each reviewer team for each document that is part of the appoval can be seen.

Selected item actions
This is what the selected item actions in the documents tab can look like:
Discard document
Use the discard document actions to discard the selected documents from the approval request.
Access required: Member of the publisher team
Discarded documents are removed from the entire approval request.
Discarded documents are removed from the documents list.
Right menu
The right menu can be opened by clicking on the info icon towards the right of the documents tab.
Members that are part of multiple reviewer teams in an approval step can easily sumbit validation indications for multiple documents on behalf of each of their teams in this menu without having to open each document for review.

Document approval table
The document approval table can look something like this:

As soon as a document is added to the approval request it will show up as a row in the document approval table.
Row content
Access
Rows on the document approval table are displayed based on the access to the element.
Access required - Read access to the document and the checkbox for viewing shared revisions checked.
Document row
When a row is selected its content can be opened by clickin on view or review in the right menu.
This opens the file review page for the document.
Columns
Based on the configured column order the first columns are displayed while the table might have to be scrolled sideways to show other enabled columns.
The default order and visibility setting of the columns on the documents page is as follows:
Name
In the name column the following information about the document that the revision is in is displayed:
File path on the documents page
Document name
Filtype icon
Revision
The name of the revision

When a document gets added to an approval it will show its major and minor revision number which can look something like this:
If the selected shared revision was published to become the latest published revision in the document outside of the current approval request it can look something like this:

Step n
For each step in the approval request a column is displayed.
In this column the submission states of the reviewer teams for this step are displayed.
In the image below 20 reviewer teams are set to review a step.
The reviewer team members of one of the reviewer teams have yet to submit their approval indication submission.
Eightteen reviewer team members of different reviewer teams have submitted a rejection on behalf of their reviewer team.
One reviewer team member has submitted an approval on behalf of their reviewer team.
Hover over each of the boxes to see which teams are included in each count.
Final approval
When the final approval has not been given yet this column will say in review.
After a member of the final approval team has submitted the approval indication for a document the final outcome of the document will be displayed here as either approved or rejected.
