Support button location and functionality

The black message button can be found on the top right next to your profile picture after logging in to Catenda Hub:


On our support pages you will be able to find this button on the bottom right:

The following menus can be found after opening the support bubble:

Home

This is the default menu that opens when you open the support bubble.

On the top right you will see pictures of the customer support representatives that are currently active.

Send us a message

This button will let you start a new message.
Here you can ask us anything you would like to know from information about a tool, feedback about things you would like to see, reporting about something that is not working or questions about your existing/potential Catenda account.

Automatic answer
If the information you are asking about is available on our support pages an AI bot will formulate a summary based on the information that is available across the different support articles in your language.

Note: The English version of the support articles is the most up-to-date so it can help switching your language to English before asking a question.

After the automatic answer you will be able to continue asking questions for a short amount of time before your conversation is handed to the support team.

Include -ai in your question for your question to be handed to the support team right away.

Expected reply time

After being handed to the support team the expected reply time for the period in which you asked your question will be shown and a suppor representative will answer as soon as they become available.

Clicking on this will take you to status.catenda.com where you can subscribe to updates about our server status.

Here you will see information about the uptime of our servers for Catenda Hub, Catenda API (Boost) and Catenda DUO

You will also be able to find past incidents here.

Messages

Click here to see an overview of your past conversations with us.

Click on any of the conversations to open it up.

Here you can send a new message

Tickets

This menu is not visible by default.

If you have reported a ticket or if a ticket was made for you by a support representative this menu will appear.

Here you can keep track of your previous feedback, bug reports or feature requests.

If there is any progress on any of your requests you will be notified here and via email.
