The topic settings page can be found as a sub-page to the Topics page in the left navigation menu.
From this page, you can access the settings of your Topic boards (1). Administrators can also access the settings of Topic templates (2):

Topic Board settings
Click on topic board settings to be taken to the topic board settings page of last accessed topic board.
Topic Tempate Settings
Click on Configure topic templates to go to the topic template settings page.
Access required: Project administrator
On the topic template settings page templates can be configured for each of the topic boards.
When topics are generated, depending on the board the topic is generated in, configured templates can be selected to automatically fill in text and fields.
