You will be able to find the Dashboard of a project on top of the left navigation menu in a project. This page is part of the content panel.
The Dashboard will give you an overview of your project.
The following topics will be described in this article:

Project dropdown
Click on the project dropdown to navigate to the dashboard of a different project.

Topics
In the topics section you will be able to see an overview of all the topics in a the project.
This is what the topics menu can look like:
A green plus button can be seen towards the top right of the menu.
Click plus button towards to open the new topic page.
Open topics
Here the total amount of open topics that members have access to can be seen.
Topics assigned to me
The amount of topics that have been assigned to a member in topic boards they have access to are displayed.

The two topic boards a topic board card with the most topics where the status has an open meta-status that a member has access to are displayed.

This is what a topic board card can look like:
For each topic board a circular graph much like the one on the milestone page is displayed with the percentage of the amount of open topics compared to the amount of closed topics in the middle.
Next to the graph the amount of open topics in that board and the amount of closed topics of the board.
Click on candidate, open or closed to filter on all topics with statuses that have that respective meta-status.
All the way to the right the profile picture of the member that is logged in and the unassigned icon are displayed with the amount of open topics either assigned to the member or unassigned. If there are any topics assigned to the member or if there are any unassigned topics there will be a number with a red background, otherwise it will say 0 with a green background.
Click on the profile picture to fitler the topic board on topics assigned to the member or click on the unassigned icon to filter on unassigned icons.
Recently updated topics
Click on recently updated topics to open the all topics topic board sorted by the updated column.
All topic boards
The amount displayed is the amount of boards the member that is logged in has at least read access to.
Click on all topic boards to open the boards page.
New topic boards can be created.

The settings for each topic board can be reached.
Access required: Full access to the topic board.
5 most recently updated topics
Topic cards for the 5 moth recently updated topics are displayed.
Access requried: read access to the topic board the topics are in.
This is what the most recently updated topics can look like:
Click on the topic number to copy the URL of this topic.
My bookmarks
Here all starred bookmarks are displayed with their screenshot and title.
This is what the bookmarks menu can look like:
Click on the bookmark screenshot to load the models that were enabled when that bookmark was last updated in the 3D viewer.
Models
Click on Models to open the models page.
In the menu title the total amount of models is displayed.
This is what the models menu can look like:
Below that the 5 most recently updated models are displayed.
Access required: Read access to the document that is linked to the model
If there are no models in the project yet, a green plus button can be displayed towards the top right of the menu.
Click on the plus buton to create a new model.
Access required: Access to creating models on the project settings page.
Click the name of a model to go to the model content page of that model.
The 2D/3D buttons will let you load the model in the viewer.
Members
Click on members to go to the members page.
This is what the members menu can look like:
A green plus button can be seen towards the top right of the menu.
Click plus button to invite a new member to your project.
Access required: Access to inviting new members on the project settings page.
Click on the profile picture of a member to see that members page.
Approvals
The approvals menu is not visible for projects where shared revisions were enabled after 2 October 2025.
Approvals - Legacy
In projects wehre the legacy validation workflow is enabled approvals appear on the dashbord.
Clicking on approvals will take you to the approvals page.

Approval request cards
See the 5 latest open approvals in the project.
Click on an approval to view its contents.
Collections
Click on collections to go to the collections page

Collections in progress
See which collections have not been finalized yet.
These can be used for sharing documents with people within the project
Finalized collections
See which collections have been finalized.
These can be used for sharing documents externally.
Collections
See the 5 latest collections in the project.
Click on a collection to see the collection contents page of that collection.
