Note: Catenda Mobile is in early access and is being developed together with the customers in the Co-creation program. The app is not final and may still change considerably, so pages and buttons can look or work differently from what is described here.
Â
The Forms page is opened from the bar at the bottom of the screen, after a project is opened on the projects page.
Â
The Forms page lists the forms of the project.
Form templates can only be made in the browser, but forms can be filled in both in the browser and in the app.
Â
Note: Forms can only be used in projects where they have been turned on, and for now that is only the projects of customers in the Co-creation program. In other projects the Forms page is empty.

The following topics are described in this article:
Â
Â
1. Search forms
The search button at the top right searches the forms.
Â
Â
2. Filter forms
Status shows only the forms with the selected statuses.
Â
Â
3. Start a form
A form is started with + at the bottom right.
Every form is started from one of the form templates of the project, which sets its questions.
The new form gets a name, and can also be given a location and pin, an assignee and a due date.
The location can also be added later, after the form is created.
The form then shows one question at a time, with large buttons that are easy to tap on site.
Â
Â
4. The form list
The list shows one card per form, with its status, such as Submitted or Completed, its number and its name.
Â
Â
5. The form overview
The overview shows all questions, marks which ones are answered, and jumps to a question when it is tapped.
Questions that still need a photo or a document are marked in red.
A form can be linked to one or more topics and one or more documents.
The Docs and Topics tabs collect every document and topic linked to the form, so following up does not take scrolling through the questions.
Â
Â
5.1 Fields
Each question of a form is a field, and the field type set in the form template decides how it is answered.
The field types are currently:
Short text
Long text
Number
Single choice
Multiple choice
Yes/No
Signature
Â
A topic, photo, note or document can be attached to any field with the buttons under it.
Previous and Next move between the fields, and Overview at the top goes back to the form overview.
