Organizations page

Written by Sjaak Velthoven

The organizations page can be found as the last page in the left navigation menu on the main page or by going to https://hub.catenda.com/orgs

In the case of a test or trial project some Catenda projects can be owned by a single member, but often projects are owned by an organization.

See which organization your project belongs to by filtering the owner dropdown on the projects page for different organizations.

A Catenda customer can have one or more organizations in which their projects are organized.

This article contains information about the following topics:

Organizations list

In the organization list, owners of an organization can see the different organizations that are available to them.

This is what the organizations list can look like:

The organizations list is sorted in descending order by default but can be sorted in ascending order by clicking on Name at the top of the list.

While organizations can have members in addition to owners, only the owners see the organization in this list.

If the organization has not reached its limit organization owners are able to create projects in the organization on the new projects page.

The following pages become available after clicking on an organization:

Profile page

Click on any of the organizations in the list to be taken to the profile page of the organization.

On the profile page a profile picture for the organization can be uploaded.

Users page

On the users page organization owners have an overview of who is the owner of an organization.

They can also manage moving organization members with a registered email domain in and out of projects without having to invite them.

Projects page

On the projects page organization owners can see the different projects that are part of this organization.

Each organization can have a limited amount of projects.

See the current amount and the limit on the new projects page.

Organization owners that are part of multiple organizations can move projects from one organization to another on this page.

This is often done to free up a spot for the creation of a new project.

Projects can also be deleted to free up a spot.

Project memberships page

On the project membership page organization owners have an overview of each Catenda account entry in each project that is part of the organization.
