The right menu on the topics page can be found by clicking on the info icon towards the right of the search bar below the topic banner. Click the icon to open a menu that contains information about selected topics and topic boards.

1. Selection info
This is what the top part of the right menu can look like:
1.1 Selected topics
On the very top of the right menu the amount of selected topics are displayed.
1.2 Topic board info
1.2.1 Multiple boards
On the all topics board, or when topics from multiple boards are selected the topic board info says "Multiple boards selected"
1.2.2 Board name
After navigating to a specific topic board, or when all selected topics are from the same board the topic board name is displayed here.
2. No topics
This is what the right menu can look like when no topics are selected:
1.1 Update selected topics
Says "No topics are selected when expanded." when no topics are selected.
In this menu a selected topic can be viewed and updated.
With multiple topics selected topics can be batch-updated here.
1.2 Access control for topic board
When no topics are selected the access control for topic board menu is only displayed when navigating to a single topic board.
In the all topics board, select a topic to see the access control of the board that topic is in.

3. Single topic
With a single topic selected topic information can be updated in the right menu without having to click on the topic to load its content page.

3.5 Access control for topic board
Since a single topic is always in one topic board the access control for topic board menu shows the access to the topic board that the selected topic is in.

Configure access
Click configure access to edit the access to the topic board the selected topic is in.
Access required: Administrator
Note: While the access of the board reflects the access to the selected topic what is displayed in this menu is the access for the whole board the topic is in and not only the selected topic itself.
4. Multiple topics
With multiple topics selected topic information can be batch updated in the right menu without having to open each topic to load its content page.
Update selected topics a single board
This is what the update selected topics menu can look like when multiple topics from the same topic board are selected:
Status
Set or update the status from multiple topics at once.
Type
Set or update the type from multiple topics at once.
Assigned to
Set or change the assignee for multiple topics at once or choose unassign to unassign the assignee from multiple topics at once.
Requested by
Set or change the requestee of multiple topics at once or choose unassign to unassign the requestee from multiple topics at once.
Due date / Milestone
Set or change a due date/milestone of multiple topics at once.
In the due date/milestone menu click remove due date or remove milestone to instantly remove the due date/milestone from multiple topics at once.
Edit labels
Add labels
Add a label to multiple topics at once.
Remove labels
Remove a label from multiple topics at once.
Priority
When the same label is added in both menus removing the label gets priority.
Custom fields
Set a custom field value or set the field to no value for multiple topics at once.
Note 1: Fields that are configured as required in topic board settings cannot be unset.
Note 2: It is only possible to update text, integer and decimal fields and not unset them although integer and decimal fields can be nulled and text can be set to a single space.
Commment
Add a comment to multiple topics at once.
It is only possible to add comments to multiple topics at once and not edit or remove comments.
Unset value
After choosing a value in any of the fields, remove the value by clicking on the x to the right of each field.
Note: This x is not for clearing the field but just for clearing the value. Some fields have extra values for clearing the field in this menu
Save
Click Save to commit your changes.
Update selected topics from multiple boards
This is what the update selected topics menu can look like when multiple topics from different topic boards are selected:
If topics from multiple boards are selected the status and type cannot be updated.
The selectable users in assigned to and requester will also limited to the users that have access to the topic boards of all the selected topics.
Save
Click Save to commit the changes.
Batch update access requirement
It is only possible to batch update topics where a user has write access to the topic board.
Access required: Write access to the topic board of each of the selected topics.
Access control for topic board
When all selected topics are from the same topic board the access control from that board can be seen in this menu without having to go to topic board settings.
Configure access
Click configure access to edit the access to the topic board that the selected topics are in.
Access required: Administrator
