Bugs Resolved
Thanks to your valuable feedback we have been able to squash many topics that you may or may not have noticed existed. Below is a list of smaller changes that have been made by the development team as a result of conversations with users.
Topics
We have resolved an issue where exporting topics to Excel would occasionally fail if a "Decimal number" custom field contained a whole number (e.g.,
1.0or5). With this fix, the system now correctly processes these values, ensuring that your topic exports generate successfully every time.
Note: To ensure immediate stability, decimal values entered as whole numbers (e.g., 1.0 or 2,0) will currently appear as integers (e.g., 1 or 2) in the exported Excel file.
While the export is now fully functional, we are aware that preserving the specific formatting (trailing zeros) is important for precision. We are actively working on a follow-up update to restore this visual formatting in a future release.
Images uploaded in the logo area on project settings are once again properly displayed on the top left of the PDF version of the topic export. Note that this was always working in the on-demand reporting tool and this was only a problem in the current topic export that is available for everyone.
Like with labels, custom field dropdown options are now only suggested in the left filter menu in a topic board when there are topics in the list that have that option selected.
When the @mention and #link buttons are used when the cursor is mid post the cursor no longer snaps to the end of the post and the email and linked topic number are properly added to the post when selected from the dropdown list.
This also prevents everything that has been written between the mention/link location being truncated.
Documents
[Document preview] White page when opening document
When opening the document preview of a document on the documents page background fetching of related topic and model data no longer makes the page go completely white for members[Approvals] Markup panel resetting
When creating large amounts of markups in the document review of an approval request on the same document the markup panel no longer resets to its original state.
Models
[3D Viewer] Revision selector: Incorrect Revision Loading
We resolved an issue where the 3D Viewer would occasionally display an outdated revision instead of the most current model when opened via Topics or Views. This ensures that the model displayed matches the active document revision, regardless of the upload or processing sequence.[Objects page] Filtered excel export
The objects page now takes every filter into account when exporting to excel instead of just the models filter.[Objects page] Paginated selection
When scrolling down to further than 100 objects it is now possible to select all rows with the checkbox on the top left instead of just the the first 100 rows.[Objects page] Periods in names
Names of properties and property sets that have preriods in them are now properly displayed in the header cell of the column on the objects page instead of only everything after the period being displayed. It is now also possible to search on these types of property names.[Models page] Infinite spinner for shared revisions after being disabled
In projects where shared revisions were disabled after shared model revisions were uploaded while shared revisions were enabled there infinite spinners will no longer be visible in the viewer column on the models page.
Reports
[Custom fields] Naming convention fields in reports
It is now also possible to display values from custom fields that automatically configured as part of a naming conventions in a report instead of only custom fields on documents.
Project settings
[Geolocation] Aligning storey at 0m height to map
Storeys of models that are exactly on 0m height are now properly displayed in the rotation menu of the geolocation configuration in projects settings.[Shortcuts] Panel shortcut
Panel shortcuts now also check the number that is used in the shortcut combination which allows users with different keyboard layouts to also use the shortcuts even if the shift-character is different than usual.

Models
In the new objects page there is a search bar where you can type an existing attribute and it will list all objects with it.
In the new objects page it is now possible to search on objects per model which has long been requested as the property value library only indexed objects from all latest revisions in the model at a time instead of per model which could often take longer than expected.
In each of the menus in the trees panel the name of the object now shows instead of an auto-generated name for each object.
