To share a set of filters on any page with a project member first activate the filters so they appear in the search bar.
Note that the URL of the page also changes to contain the filters.
Sharing filters so the recipient can save them
The URL to the filtered page can be sent in a message or via Sharelink.
This will notify the user about a set of filters so they can easily find the content you want them to see.
When a set of filters is shared more than once users might consider saving the filter combination.
Saving personal filters
A set of filters can be saved in the filter menu.
The filters are only saved for each user individually.
By using saved filters you can easily find the filter again next time you want to share it with a project member.
Project filters
Save the URL of a set of filters in the links library so project members can look up different sets of filters that have been suggested.
A library of filters
By directing project members to the link in the links library they can find the filter you want to show them as well as any other filters that have been configured there which can be useful for them.
Make project filters discoverable
By linking links library elements to topics and objects different filters can be discovered by project members saving you the trouble of having to notify them about their existance.
